Lettering art: Diamond Award Winner 2023. We are Diamond level in The Five Behaviors, certified by Wiley. The Wiley and LongVision logos are below the image. In art, you can also see some of our facilitators in training.

We received level certification Diamond by Wiley - company that owns the brand and methodology The Five Behaviors.

And what does that mean?

That our experience, competence and evaluation are 5 stars. 5 stars, no! Diamond!

It also means that we are officially the authority and TOP 3 in the world in The Five Behaviors training!

Of course, we only got this far because we constantly receive the best feedback, evaluations and recommendations from you, customers and partners.

All of this allows us to continue expanding the reach of happiness and well-being in organizations.

For that, thank you very much!

We couldn't help but thank and celebrate those who have always been by our side.

Happiness and well-being is what we bring to companies and teams. This is our purpose, inside and outside LongVision.

We walk the talk!

We do what we say!

This title we received is a sample of where we can go when we seek to value the greatest competitive advantage of organizations: people.

What is The Five Behaviors?

To understand more about the methodology The Five Behaviors, based on the best-seller by The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, written by Patrick Lencioni - The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (or the 5 Challenges of Teams: A Story about Leadership) - we will address the 5 biggest difficulties when it comes to team work.

So, first, see if you relate to any of the pains below:

  • Inadequate and ineffective communication;
  • Lack of collaboration;
  • Interpersonal and unproductive conflicts;
  • Lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities;
  • Personality differences and work styles.

Furthermore, if you are the leader of a team, some fears must be part of your daily life, such as:

  • Fear of making the wrong decisions;
  • Fear of not being well accepted by the team;
  • Fear of failing to meet goals;
  • Fear of losing control of the situation;
  • Fear of not being able to motivate or inspire the team.

In other words, such fears associated with those difficulties are a sure recipe for failure in an organization.

Even more so when we talk about today, where Soft Skills are needed, more than technical skills, both for management and those led.

Well, what is the solution for a recipe that doesn't go wrong?

The Five Behaviors! Through knowledge and practice, which is what LongVision takes it to your company.

In short, The Five Behaviors program allows the development of powerful, customized and authentic solutions for team development, and empowers individuals to make lasting changes to move towards collective results.

How does The Five Behaviors work?

We apply some questionnaires - which can be for an individual who wants to get to know each other, or for the entire team - based on this model. And from them, we have the necessary metrics to act on the development of the person and the team.

Our purpose is to access each person's potential, and help build a work environment where happiness and well-being are present in everyday life.

Furthermore, our goal is to make teams more cohesive and healthy, which trust, conflict productively, commit and become owners of the organization's processes.

And does The Five Behaviors really work?

89% of Five Behaviors students say it has improved their team's effectiveness. In other words, the methodology is internationally recognized and proven.

Obviously, the team or individual must commit to the process. Change does not happen overnight. It's a process, and you can contact us to learn more about it.

However, our training addresses the main desires of every leader or team member who takes part in teamwork:

  • Desire to achieve collective success;
  • Desire to have a motivated and engaged team;
  • Desire to develop and maximize the team’s potential;
  • Desire to build a positive work environment;
  • Desire to achieve goals and objectives efficiently.
