In 2024, Electrolux entrusted LongVision with the mission of developing and leading the Latin America Leadership Journey, an innovative and tailor-made program to transform the way the company empowers its leaders.
The goal was clear: to strengthen the consistency of the 5 Behaviors, enhance the 4 essential leadership skills at Electrolux, and accelerate the growth of professionals prepared to engage their teams and deliver sustainable results.
The impact was significant, promoting a profound cultural change, based on a more humanized, agile and connected leadership model to the demands of today's corporate world.

The face-to-face meetings enabled a rich exchange between leaders from different countries and cultures,
strengthening networking and global synergy within the organization. And the online meetings were not
different. We were able to adapt to transform, even from a distance!
