The partnership between LongVision and Brose, initiated in 2019 and maintained to this day, stemmed from a clear conviction: sustainable performance begins with the quality of relationships and leadership. The work was structured around developing C-level leadership, respecting the complexity of a global organization and ensuring consistency over time. From the outset, the focus has been on creating a solid foundation for more informed decisions, strategic alignment, and the continuous evolution of the organizational culture.
Based on the application of The Five Behaviors model, LongVision conducted a continuous process, supported by strategic diagnoses and reports, that made the evolution of the teams visible. This data was used as input for more mature conversations, alignment of expectations, and strengthening of trust among leaders. As a result, development ceased to be isolated and began to cascade in a structured way to other leadership levels, expanding cultural coherence and the way Brose operates as a whole.
